1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you give us and a limited amount of technical information generated when you use the Platform.

• Account information: email address, display name, city/state and ZIP code, optional bio and avatar, referral code, badges, and T-Token balance
• Content you submit: posts, comments, likes, event listings, business listings and claims, reviews, RSVPs, and check-ins
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number; we retain only the subscription or purchase records Stripe returns to us (plan, status, period dates, and customer/subscription identifiers)
• Reward fulfilment details: the shipping name and address you provide when redeeming physical rewards
• Log and device data: IP address, browser user agent, timestamps, and approximate location used for map search, event radius filtering, rate limiting, and check-in anti-spoofing

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the Platform and to deliver the features you have asked for.

• Publishing your posts, business listings, events, and public profile fields to the community
• Showing nearby events and businesses and powering county leaderboards and badges
• Sending account, transactional, and weekly rally/outreach emails through Resend
• Processing subscriptions, event boosts, and sponsor listings through Stripe
• Preventing spam, fraud, duplicate check-ins, and abuse through rate limiting and security screening
• Fulfilling reward redemptions and responding to support requests

3. Public Information

Some information is intentionally public: your display name, city/state, badges, VIP status, leaderboard standing, and any post, comment, review, business listing, or event you publish. Your email address, precise check-in coordinates, event contact emails, and venue check-in PINs are not shown publicly.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure

We rely on the following providers to run the Platform. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service, under its own privacy terms.

• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions, event boosts, and sponsor listings
• Resend — delivery of account, transactional, and weekly rally emails
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting for the Platform
• OpenStreetMap / map and geocoding services — rendering map tiles and resolving city and ZIP searches

5. Retention, Deletion & Your Choices

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can edit or delete most of the content you post directly in the app, and you can unsubscribe from marketing and weekly rally emails using the link in any such email. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data, email [email protected] from the address on your account.

Some records, such as payment and subscription records held by Stripe and moderation or audit records, may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

6. Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can remove it.
