Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of The USA Official Patriot Hub (the "Platform"). By creating an account, posting content, listing a business, publishing an event, or purchasing a paid placement, you agree to these terms. This page is maintained by The USA Official Patriot Hub and was last updated August 2026.

1. User-Generated Content & Section 230 Protection

The USA Official Patriot Hub is an interactive computer service that hosts content created by its users. Members, event organizers, and business owners are solely responsible for the posts, comments, event listings, business listings, images, links, contact details, and any other material they submit.

Consistent with Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), the Platform is not the publisher or speaker of information provided by another information content provider. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, or completeness of any user-submitted post, rally, meetup, venue, offer, or business listing.

You agree that attendance at any event, contact with any organizer, and any transaction with any listed business is undertaken at your own risk and is a matter strictly between you and that third party. You further agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, fraudulent, infringing, or that impersonates another person or organization.

2. Moderation & Account Termination

We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to review, edit, hide, downrank, or remove any content at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Any good-faith moderation action we take does not make us the publisher of user content.

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that we reasonably believe has violated these terms.

  • Spam, bulk posting, scraped listings, or artificially inflated engagement
  • Abusive, harassing, obscene, hateful, or threatening behaviour toward members
  • Fraudulent business claims, fake events, or misuse of the check-in and rewards systems
  • Attempts to bypass rate limits, referral rules, or platform security controls
  • Unlawful activity or content that infringes another party's rights

3. DMCA Copyright Takedown Procedure

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice".

Your notice must include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised agent; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) the URL or a description sufficient to locate the allegedly infringing material; (d) your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

We will review complete notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material. Users whose content is removed may submit a counter-notice to the same address. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

4. Paid Listings, Boosts & Refunds

Paid placements include the one-time Rally & Event Boost, the monthly Local Business Sponsor listing, and the monthly VIP Supporter membership. All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.

All promotional boosts, sponsored placements, and subscription charges are final and non-refundable once the placement has gone live. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and may be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Purchasing a placement does not guarantee any specific level of traffic, RSVPs, leads, or sales.

We may decline, pause, or remove any paid placement whose underlying content violates these terms; where we remove a live placement for a violation, no refund is owed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The USA Official Patriot Hub, its owners, operators, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform, your attendance at any event, or your dealings with any listed business or organizer.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to The USA Official Patriot Hub in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US$100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

6. Changes & Contact

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
